Event Highlights
Site Visits at Best Practise Companies

Participate in comprehensive tours and workshops at a variety of operational facilities. Each visit will be followed by a structured group debrief, including:

  • Group observations and a Q&A session;
  • Insight sharing from facilitators and fellow participants;
  • Guided group discussions comparing strategies for workforce engagement and the cultivation of the continuous improvement culture.
Event Learning Objectives
  • Immerse yourself in Japanese culture to gain a deeper appreciation for core values such as respect, cleanliness, and discipline – and observe how these principles are seamlessly integrated into both daily life and workplace practices;
  • Receive hands-on Kaizen training directly on the shop floor, guided by experienced Japanese sensei, to understand the foundational principles of continuous improvement;
  • Tour established Kaizen-driven organizations and engage directly with company leaders to learn how they sustain excellence and drive cultural transformation;
  • Observe real-world applications of Lean principles, including visual management, standardized work, and structured problem-solving in action.
Group Networking and Cultural Experiences

Leverage the unique setting of the event through curated networking opportunities. Group dinners will foster collaboration and connection among participating companies. Each evening will also feature optional activities to explore and enjoy the local culture.

Hotel Accommodation – 5 Nights
(Sunday to Friday)

Accommodations will be centrally located, ensuring convenient access to both the learning sessions and key city attractions. Staying in the heart of each city will also provide easy proximity to restaurants, bars, and cultural sites.
